Masterbatch for Plastic Drum

Special masterbatches for plastic barrels are specialized color additives developed based on the material, processing technology, and usage requirements of plastic barrels. They are primarily used in the production of plastic barrels, hollow barrels, packaging barrels, paint barrels, glue barrels, chemical barrels, food-grade plastic barrels, agricultural supply barrels, motor oil barrels, and waterproof coating barrels made from materials such as HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, and PP. These masterbatches use PE or PP resin as a carrier, incorporating ingredients like pigments, dispersants, lubricants, antioxidants, and weather resistance agents. They are manufactured through processes including high-speed mixing, twin-screw melt extrusion, water cooling and pelletizing, and screening and dust removal.
