Specialized color masterbatch for beverage bottle caps

Special masterbatches for plastic bottle caps are specialized color additives developed based on the material, color, and appearance requirements of bottle cap products. They are primarily used in the production of beverage caps, mineral water caps, food caps, personal care product caps, pharmaceutical caps, anti-theft caps, screw caps, and press-on caps made from materials such as PP, HDPE, and PET. These masterbatches utilize a carrier compatible with the corresponding resin, incorporating ingredients like white pigments, titanium dioxide, dispersants, lubricants, antioxidants, and weather resistance agents. They are manufactured through processes including high-speed mixing, twin-screw melt extrusion, water cooling and pelletizing, and screening and dust removal.
