Specialized Color Masterbatch for Hollow Boards
The hollow board color masterbatch is specifically designed for the extrusion molding of PP plastic hollow boards (Wantong boards). It is a high-concentration coloring masterbatch produced by mixing pigments, carrier resin, dispersants, antioxidants, lubricants, and other additives through mixing and extrusion granulation. The particles are cylindrical in shape, matching the appearance of the black color masterbatch you photographed. Color systems such as royal blue can be directly matched for hollow board production coloring, replacing the direct addition of pure pigments, ensuring uniform coloration and stable production.
