Masterbatch for official documents
The dedicated color masterbatch for public folders is specifically developed based on the molding characteristics of office storage products such as PP plastic folders, file folders, document holders, and archive folders. This color masterbatch is formulated using a carrier suitable for PP resin, with the addition of pigments, dispersants, lubricants, antioxidants, weather resistance agents, and a small amount of transparent/opacifying additives. It is produced through processes including high-speed mixing, twin-screw melt extrusion, strand drawing, water cooling and pelletizing, and screening and dust removal.
