The automotive interior specialty pigments are specialized coloring agents developed based on the material, color, weather resistance, and appearance requirements of automotive interior components. They are primarily used in the production of automotive interior plastic parts made from materials such as PP, ABS, PC/ABS, TPO, PVC, for components like dashboard panels, door interior panels, central control panels, pillar trim panels, seat accessories, sunshades, storage boxes, air outlet grilles, and foot mat fasteners. These pigments are formulated with suitable resins as the carrier and contain black pigments, carbon black, dispersants, lubricants, antioxidants, weathering agents, light stabilizers, and other components. They are manufactured through processes such as high-speed mixing, twin-screw melting extrusion, water-cooled granulation, and sieving and dust removal.
