It incorporates additives such as foaming agents, flame retardants, and color masterbatches, then undergoes high-temperature melting, high-pressure extrusion, closed-cell foaming, cooling, and shaping. The interior features a honeycomb-like structure with over 99% independent sealed cells. It serves as a mainstream high-performance insulation material in building energy efficiency and cold chain insulation applications. Conventionally, the market standard is blue panels, which can be customized to light blue, royal blue, gray, black, and other color ranges through color masterbatches.
