PE pipes are thermoplastic tubing made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) resin as the primary raw material, supplemented with black masterbatch, antioxidants, anti-aging agents, and other additives. They are extruded at high temperatures. The mainstream market products are entirely black. The water-supplying models feature blue identification stripes. They are the primary eco-friendly pipes used in municipal water and sewage distribution, gas transmission, and agricultural irrigation, replacing traditional steel and cast iron pipes. They have stable pressure-bearing properties, stable molecular structures, resistance to acid, alkali, salt, and other chemical media, no electrochemical corrosion, and do not rust or degrade when buried for an extended period. The addition of UV-resistant additives makes them less prone to aging when exposed to outdoor sunlight.
