The specialized white masterbatch for plastic spool shafts is compatible with injection-grade materials such as PP, ABS, PS, and HDPE, and is specifically designed for the production of cable spool shafts, sewing thread spool shafts, fishing line reels, and electronic winding spools. The carrier resin exhibits excellent compatibility with the spool shaft base material. It is combined with high-coverage titanium dioxide, efficient dispersants, and antioxidant stabilizers. The final product is manufactured through a series of processes including high-speed mixing, segmented temperature control melting using twin-screw extruders, water-cooled stranding, granulation, and dust filtration.
