Specialized Color Masterbatch for Phone Cases
The dedicated color masterbatch for phone cases is a specialized coloring masterbatch developed based on the material, color, and appearance requirements of phone case products. It is primarily used in the production of colored phone cases, matte anti-drop phone cases, magnetic phone cases, gift-customized phone cases, and translucent phone cases made from materials such as TPU, PC, and ABS. It is formulated by using a compatible resin as the carrier, adding corresponding pigments, dispersants, lubricants, antioxidants, weather resistance agents, and other components, then processed through high-speed mixing, twin-screw melt extrusion, water cooling and pelletizing, screening, and dust removal.
