Product Information
The lightweight, one-time use raincoat color masterbatch is a specialized functional colorant designed specifically for the production of lightweight protective rainwear. It has been meticulously developed to meet the product characteristics of lightweight, high transmittance, flexible, and tear-resistant one-time use raincoats. Unlike conventional industrial color masterbatches, this product is perfectly suited for PE, EVA, and PVC, the main lightweight plastic materials used in rainwear. It perfectly aligns with the production requirements of thin film, high flexibility, ease of bending, and softness of one-time use raincoat films. It is widely used in the coloring and processing of various types of one-time use rainwear products, such as outdoor portable raincoats, children’s one-time use raincoats, emergency protective raincoats, and one-piece lightweight rain cloaks. The product features a low-additive, high-compatibility formulation design, with a soft-adapted resin as the carrier, combined with high-dispersion, environmentally friendly pigments, and specialized additives for added toughness, smoothness, and resistance to migration. It effectively resolves common production issues such as uneven coloring, transparency, color spots, and color fading/migration in thin film bodies. Through precise mixing, low-temperature melting extrusion, precise granulation, and screening for purity, the finished product exhibits excellent dispersion, uniform coloring, and stable color fastness. Adding it does not affect the transparency, softness, or tensile strength of the raincoat film, and does not result in undesirable phenomena such as hardening, brittleness, or whitening. It can meet the demands of large-scale, high-speed blow molding and garment production, making it an ideal colorant for the mass production of lightweight, one-time use raincoats.
