Color masterbatch for snack packaging bags

Special color masterbatches for snack packaging bags are specifically developed for the production of food packaging films and composite packaging materials. These masterbatches utilize food-grade or packaging-grade resin as a carrier, with added components including pigments, dispersants, lubricants, anti-stick agents, and antioxidants. They are manufactured through processes such as high-speed mixing, twin-screw melt extrusion, water cooling and pelletizing, and screening and dust removal.
