Black Color Masterbatch Pellets for Garbage Bags

This black masterbatch is specifically developed for plastic products such as geomembranes, anti-seepage membranes, HDPE geomembranes, and waterproofing sheets. It is made from high-performance PE carrier resin, high-concentration carbon black, and functional additives through processes including high-speed mixing, twin-screw melt extrusion, and water-cooled pelletizing. It features excellent dispersion, strong coloring power, superior weather resistance, and low addition rates. In the production of geomembranes, the black masterbatch is uniformly mixed with PE resin in a specified ratio, then melted and plasticized at high temperatures in an extruder, followed by extrusion through a die head, calendering, or blown film formation, ensuring the black components are evenly distributed within the membrane. Compared to ordinary color powder, this black masterbatch is more convenient to handle, less prone to dust generation, and less likely to clog the die head, effectively improving production efficiency and product quality. Geomembranes produced with this black masterbatch exhibit uniform surface coloration, high blackness, strong coverage, and possess good UV resistance, aging resistance, and waterproof/anti-seepage properties.
